I keep getting a black screen and it freezes it never opens when I try to launch the desktop Horizon app. Is there any special solution to resolve this issue? Please let me know I am all out of ideas and I just bought this Windows 11 about a week ago. Please reach out if you can. I just want to play my bot thats all. Thanks so much for listening.
