I’m seeking urgent help regarding my hacked Instagram account. Here’s what happened:
1.What happened: My account was hacked, and the hacker is using it to promote scam businesses and contact my friends with malicious content.
2.Issues with Help Center: I’ve tried using Instagram’s Help Center, but I keep getting redirected to the same pages, and the forms won’t submit due to the error: “You can’t use this feature right now.”
3.Why this is urgent: The hacker’s misuse of my profile is damaging my reputation and putting my friends at risk. I need help recovering my account and stopping the scam activity immediately.
What I’ve tried so far:
•Attempted account recovery via Instagram’s tools. (None of them work)
•Followed all suggested steps but hit roadblocks (forms not submitting, pages lagging).
Request for help:
If anyone from Meta or the community can assist or escalate this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. I can provide proof of ownership of the account if needed.
This has been a truly desperate and exhausting process for me, and I’m at a loss for what to do next.
