My Instagram account is hacked using Meta horizon account.

The hacker has linked his meta horizon account to my Instagram and taken full admin control of shared accounts. I have no more details than just the mail address [REDACTED] of the meta horizon user. This has become an quite common issue from meta and I hope you have solution for this Also the username of Meta horizon showing in my insta is Vijayml, who currenhas access to my instagram account. Could you please temporarily/permanently unlink so that i can relink it with my own meta account. Also I am unable to reply to the private messages in the community forum of metaquest

In my case i subscribe on meta verified for 1 month. Because if you subscribe on meta verified the security of your account will improve and you can delete accounts on your  accounts center. But before that i create a meta horizon account and i report the hacker on https://communityforums.atmeta.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16864

Thanks for the advice. Maybe stupid question- but how do I create another Facebook account if I have only 1 phone number? When I tried it said it couldn’t be created. 
I’m experiencing the exact scenario you described. Hacked Instagram recovered however tied to Meta Horizon account that I can’t remove because passcode is going to hacker’s email

Hello,

My Instagram account has been hacked by someone who created a Meta Horizon account using a disposable email. They took control of my Instagram, logged me out, and I can no longer access it. I have tried every possible recovery method, but Instagram does not allow me to regain access.

This is an urgent matter, and I need Meta's support to contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Please let me know how I can proceed.
