My Instagram account is hacked using Meta horizon account.

Dear Support Team,

My Instagram account was recently hacked, and during the breach, the hacker created a Meta account using their personal data but linked it to the hacker's email address. They then connected this Meta account to my Instagram profile.

I successfully secured my instgram account by changing the password, email, etc. However, I am unable to disconnect or remove the unauthorized Meta account because instagram requires the password for the Meta account, which I don’t have since it was created using the hacker's email. Additionally, I can't reset the password for the Meta account as we don't have access to the hacker's email.

We are urgently seeking help to either disconnect or remove this Meta account from my Instagram . The hacker also ran a lot of ads from my ad account.

Please assist us with the necessary steps to resolve this issue.

Hellooo i have the same issue and i emailed the meta support did they remove the linked account and how long did it take
