My Instagram was disabled with no option to appeal. permanently disabled AND THE Facebook

On October 18 , I got a mail of suspension and they asked for video selfie which I submitted , then they asked for ID which I submitted , after which IG apologized for wrongly disabling my account that upon review they confirmed I was not violating any community guidelines. and I was reinstated instantly . 

 

Yesterday January 28 while chatting with a customer who wanted to purchase my product , I got another message of disabling account that I should appeal and send a video selfie , I did send it and it requested for ID , I uploaded same ID I uploaded in October and to the shock of my life within an hour I got an email that my account was still violating community guidelines , the use of still violating signified that the first warning confirmed I was violating or had violated when in actual fact IG apologied and reinstated.  

 

I only post my product , I have my business registration number on my page , I have a picture of myself on the highlight as face of MTK . I dont sell what I dont produce so I am lost at what community guidleness I am being accused of.  

 

since the technology got it wrong the first time , I will really appreciate if a human moderator can kindly review my account . 

 

How do I get this resolve cos all my product packaging , pouches , box\xes, labels , bills and everything have my IG address and Facebook so this is a huge loss and setback for me.    I NEED HELP PLEASE

same here... cant get anyone to help me, they only give links to websites that are dead ends.

It's just so bogus how a technology can disable someones digital footprint for no just cause.  I was moaning over my business account and now my personal account I have had for over 20 years all gone wiped off.  wish they could have a human review to see that nothing illegal is going on ..  I guess one is in the hands of technology
