I have been unable to find any help related to this issue. My kid got his Oculus and lied about his age to get started. He then used gift cards and played games using the profile. I would like to change his account to the proper child account. He's 12. I am unable to make the change on his Meta account because of system limitations. I tried to change his birthday to 12 and I received a message to contact support with a link to the general support page. There is no contact option from there. I tried to change him to 13 and it asked for his ID, which said 12. That was rejected with no options for follow up. In addition, I am locked out of trying to change his birthday again with a message "We couldn't confirm your age
If you still want to update your birthday, you can try again in 3 months"
