My Meta Ads Business account is restricted from being hacked 3 years ago and now I can't do anything

Hi, I have my own business and want to run some Meta ads for it, but now after I go to get things going I realise my account is restricted from when I was hacked nearly 3 years ago. There are absolutely 0 options for me to get in touch with meta and get them to help me with my account and I literally have 0 ways to now actually running my own ads for my business. Any help is appreciated.
