So I think my Meta Quest overheated or something happened to it because when I put on the headset it doesn't show the low power sign. It doesn't even show it's charging even if I plug it in. I've switched outlets five times. Power does run through an outlet and the charge cord. It just seems the headset is no longer taken on power or the battery is no longer being supplied efficiently any recommendations on how to fix that or do I? Would I just have to buy a new one?
We hate to hear you're having issues with your device not charging properly. We know how this can affect your VR experience. No worries; we'd love to help. Could you please try the following:
Attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours. The headset must be left powered off or in a sleep state during this time
Try a different Cable/Charger; if possible
Try to charge the headset without the facial interface
Try charging from a different Source (another PC or different wall outlet).
