My Meta Quest 3 is stuck on the Meta Logo Boot Loop, after Tracking Lost

Hello, I recently bought my 2nd Meta Quest 3 on amazon since the 1st one got stuck in a boot loop on the Meta Logo after the tracking was seemengly lost OUT OF NOWHERE. And i have to say, i am severely frustated....

Why? First of all i take PRESTINE CARE OF EVERY LITTLE PIECE OF TECH THAT I OWN, and my meta quest aren't any different. However, after my first Quest 3 got this problem, and Amazon Spain couldn't refund it to me since the warranty was directly with the Meta, Meta refused to send me another unit since i was in Portugal.... FANTASTIC, Almost 600€ lost... but hey i loved the quest 3 so much that i thought i was just unlucky, and after a few months i bought another one. AND NOW, NOT EVEN AFTER 5 USES IT HAPPENS THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM WITH ME....

The most frustating part? I just bought last week a Meta Quest 3S to play in multiplayer with my girlfriend and now we only have ONE HEADSET AGAIN!!!!! PHENOMENAL.

I know i live in Portugal, but surely there is something Meta can do to help me!!!!!!

I tried factory reseting, trouble shooting, sideloading, emptying the battery, JUST LIKE THE 1ST HEADSET! And guess what?! NOTHING WORKS. I've spent almost 2000€ on Quests, and yet, this is the worst support i have ever received in my life. since they «only send you premade texts and emais and no one actually helps.

Is there something you can do to help me Meta?! COULD EVEN BE BUYING SOME REFURBISHED QUEST 3 IDK! FIND A FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM MAYBE? Since hundreds of people have this problem here on the forums and you are doing nothing to help solve it. I find it fascinating that out of 2 quest 3's BOTH ARE BRICKED!!!

@blastereyes  do you use a lot of fitness apps or do you sweat a lot during extreme gaming sessions?

I actually use thrill of the fight a lot! I bought the quest 3 just for iit pretty much, even though i have a very extensive library. Do you think sweat is the issue?

@blastereyes  hopefully, you read the previously linked thread, and here's further confirmation.

The headset can do exercise apps but it is not environmentally protected enough to withstand the effects of that exercise. So you were mis-sold the headset and the app.

That is outrageous... so who is in the wrong here?! This is insane.

Why haven't they acknowledged the issue? I just got told by meta support that they can't do anything. I literaly have 2 quest 3's that don't work with warranty over here laying around, and and a 3s is arriving this week with the intension of multi-player, and I guess there is no multi-player 😅 worst support i have ever witnessed in my life

Thank you for the help! But... who am i suppose to ask for a partial refund? I bought both my quest 3's on Amazon Spain, but they always direct me to talk to Meta, and meta refuses to do anything for me since i'm in Portugal (not supported by meta). I doubt Amazon can refund me.

@blastereyes  as you bought it from amazon there should be a warranty with high end electronics. This is the UK amazon warranty policy. I'm sure there must be a similar policy for Spain. Amazon is the seller, it's up to them to sort the issue not fob you off to meta.

Thank you so much. You already helped 1000x more than those incompetents in Meta Support. I'm already in talk with Amazon Spain, and if everything goes right, I should be able to apply for a full refund after sending them the quest 3 back.
