I have been trying to connect (via an AirLink connection) my virtual reality goggles for several days now, everything was working fine 1 month ago. But one day when I tried to connect, it just stopped working, inside the goggles when I give my device and press the option to connect, it says ‘Please ensure that no other headset are connected to your PC’, I have already uninstalled the application from my PC (deleting ALL folders), I have factory reset my goggles and nothing.
For me the problem is that the glasses are paired to my computer incorrectly, but of course you can unpair the glasses from the computer application, but not from the glasses themselves, so I can't reset the pairing and that makes the pairing conflict.
