I placed two tickets to Meta Quest. My account was hacked and I lost ALL my games including upgrades within the games. I’ve lost hundreds. These hackers changed my email address for the account so I can’t get in. Meta keeps saying it’s a Facebook problem but I have FULL access to my Facebook. I have sent them this screen shot attached so they can see what I am talking about. No one is listening to me. I am beyond upset. Can anyone help me? I finally filed a BBB complaint because I do t know how else I can get someone to listen. The email address g*****4@gmail.com belongs to the hacker

I have the same issue, my Meta account was hacked and i am unable to remove the hacker account ljyj23cpsdnc9@hotmail.com
I have been contacting Meta support for five days now and they still didn't resolve my issue and the hacker's account is still there as showing below:
