A hacker gained access to my Meta account and added his email, gaffgaleu@hotmail.com, to it. He set up a two-step verification process to prevent me from regaining control of the account. The hacker also ran ads under my name, which resulted in my ad account being banned, and he stole money from my credit card.
Despite having two-factor authentication enabled on both my Facebook and Ads accounts, I am unable to regain control because the hacker still has access. Additionally, he added random Visa cards to my Meta account, which are not mine.
I am currently reaching out from a new profile I created because I no longer have access to my original profile. I’ve spoken with Facebook's Ads Support team, and I’m supposed to receive a refund for the stolen money. However, the hacker still has access to my Meta account, and I’m worried he will be able to gain access to my Ads account again.

- Photo 3: This is the hacker's email. He linked himself to my Account Center and Meta account. I can’t remove him because he controls the Meta account.

I urgently need your help to remove the hacker from my Meta account, regain full control of it, and ensure my Ads account is fully secured to prevent further unauthorized activity.
