Thank you for those details. The Intel UHD Graphics 620 is not listed on our website as a supported GPU: Requirements to use Meta Quest Link
Since the laptop does not meet the required specifications, this is likely the reason you are unable to connect.
Please let us know if you have any further questions, and we would be happy to answer whatever we can.

What is the difference between the two laptops? Are they on the same logical network? Both connected to that network via ethernet? Both have the Link application installed and running?

One is a gaming laptop and the one I am trying to get it connected to is a Older style laptop but still runs games perfectly fine. Also They are on the same network and Only connected over WIFI and not ethernet. and both have the Link application Installed and running.

But do both laptops have supported GPUs in them? If one is an older laptop with a Nvidia graphics card, it's likely to work while a newer one with an Intel card probably won't. It's not the age that matters.

I have one with a nvidia and then an older one with just intel but the app should tell me that its not the supported specs for the quest.

Hey there, @jack.712549! We see that you are having some issue with getting your Oculus Quest 1 to connect to your other laptop and that your Air link is also not working. Thank you, @user_901925786032222, for trying to help our fellow friend out with trying to get this resolved for them. We would like for you to send in your laptop specs from the laptop you are trying to connect to, so that we can check to make sure that it is supported. If it is not supported, then that will explain why you are having issues connecting to them both.
