Both of my controllers work with regular AA batteries but only my left controller works with rechargeable batteries. My right handed controller works fine with regular batteries but doesn't work at all with rechargeable ones. I know the rechargeable ones are charged because they work fine in my left handed controller. Please help 🙏

Having any sort of issue with your controller can certainly be less than ideal, and we would like to lend a hand to help out. So we can get to the bottom of the issue you're having, can you attempt the following troubleshooting steps?
Take out the batteries for 30 minutes to allow the firmware to reset.
Attempt to clean the inside of the battery compartment.
Afterward, please restart your controller. Here is how to do this:
Restart the controllers.
Hold down on the right controller or on the left controller.
Once you see the LED change or feel haptic feedback, it means the controller has restarted. You can now let go of the button and try pairing again.
