My Quest 2 broke in really weird way.

I only had my vr headset for 3 months.I had problems with it before (check my only other post on this forum for details) but when i was about to give up and send it back (like i sad in that previous post),it fixed by itself. Now it broke again, but even worse than before.I was playing VRChat like usual when mid-game VRChat froze and i closed the game.Went to chekc the wifi and i saw quest still remembered my wifi, but it was turned off.Tried to turn wifi on but  quest menu keeps turning it off.So i tried fully shutting down the headset but holding the power button does nothing, only tapping it for standby gets registered by the headset(as i type this the headset is still in standby,i'm waiting for the battery to run out to see what happens).I tried doing a factory reset but it doesn't get registered by the headset either,it only wants to go in standby and refuses to turn on wifi.Mechanically it works, guess its a really bad software glitch.

Hi there @francesco.vitiello.77! We hope you're having an awesome day today. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issue. We know it can be a bummer to not be able to connect to Wi-Fi on our devices so we would love to get this sorted out for you. Thank you for attempting some troubleshooting steps in order to try and get this fixed. At this time, please go ahead and uninstall the mobile app from your phone and perform another factory reset by following these steps:

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Once you give these steps a try, please go ahead and reinstall the mobile app to your phone and attempt to pair everything up again. Please also unplug your router and leave it unplugged for 3-5 minutes before plugging it back in. Please let us know if this helped resolve the issue once you get it all done.
