My Quest 2 when it turns on the USER Switch Account Continue pop up when it turns on does not work the popup follows the headset and there is a small circle in the middle with it my controllers vibrate and flash while that and it says Hand Tracking and Controllers are disabled no matter what I do it does it over and over again
