My Quest 2 will not start up again

I've had this issue for about a month now. My quest 2 will not start again. When I turn it on, it shows me a square with an arrow pointing down, and a bar that loads green. After that, it shows me the metaverse logo for about 10 seconds and then it spins. It also fades out for 3 seconds to just a black screen, then appears again. I have done the power button and - button to factory reset it so many times, i have rebooted it, ive done literally done all the options that are in that and i don't want to end up buying another one, i have taken very good care of this headset and see no reason to why this would randomly happen 😞 please let me know if there's another thing i could be trying to do to resolve this issue!! Thank you ❤️
