When I try to connect to my Tenda AX5700. My quest 3 can't find the SSID, my phone and other stuff that support it can find it but not the Quest 3. How can I fix it? I tried to restart router and Quest 3 too but nothing happen, the problem still here.

Troubleshooting steps:
Try using the headset closer to the router.
If you're using the dual-band feature on your router, please disable it.
Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi, whether that is a Hotspot or a different router.
Try Hard Rebooting your headset.
Turn off your headset completely.
Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot Device and press the power button.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication (such as headset covers, etc.)

I tried what you suggest but it didn't work, I'm a meter far from the router, I can see the 6ghz band for a few seconds but as soon as I try to connect it disappears. Reading on your forums lots of pepole have this issue

Stand within 6 feet of your headset and tap Next, then tap Network Scan.
The scan takes about 2 minutes. Keep the app open while the scan is running.
When the scan finishes, you will see a screen displaying your Wi-Fi speed result. Tap Improve Device Performance and follow the instructions in the app.
