I purchased a Quest 3 tonight at my local Best Buy, and the controllers did not come with wrist straps despite the box claiming that they were included, pre-installed. What can I do to have them provided to me?
And now, having just set it up I do not have access to Arkham Shadow. When trying to connect my Meta account, it seemed the device was already associated with another account. It directed me to perform a factory reset, which I did. Did that delete the game? Does it sound like Best Buy scammed me by giving me a preowned item even though it was marketed as new? Should I simply return it to them and request another? Feeling very frustrated.
Someone bought the headset, linked the headset to their account to get BatmanVR then returned the headset as to cheat someone out of the game.
Do a return. Tell them what’s up. Headset should not be resold.
I know just enough about tech to look like I know what I'm doing.
