My Quest Won’t Work

I recently bought a quest 2 and when it came, it stayed on the meta screen. Every time I try to reboot or factory reset, it just gives me an error message. This literally came like this out of the box.

Hi there! Thanks a bunch for sharing what's been going on with your headset. We'd love to take a look at this and offer some help.

 

If it seems your headset is having a hard time loading, try the following steps to force a factory reset in the hope to isolate this problem,

 

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

The device should now begin the Factory Reset process. We suggest reaching out to our expert support team here 👇🏻‍ and they can offer a solution.

I already tried factory resetting it. The quest 2 continues to get stuck on that screen. Is there any way I can send it in to get it checked?
