Does this start right away when the headset is powered on or take some time to before this happens?
Is the headset fully charged before powering on?
Change auto-sleep settings to longer than 15 seconds:
Access the universal menu by pressing the Menu button on the right Touch controller.
Select the Quick Settings panel (the area with the clock) to view the device settings.
Click the Settings button in the upper right corner.
Click the System tile.
Select the Power menu to access the Auto-Sleep setting.
