I wanted to update Beat Saber on my Quest but the download failed. The support told me to factory reset the Quest so I did it.
Now I can't download anything, all my games are gone and I can't install them back so I can't do anything on my Quest now...
When I press the download button, it just goes to queue lane for a second then the download button is back again as if nothing happened. It does the same with all my games and even with environments. So what's the solution ?
Hey, sorry you are having issues downloading content. Have you checked to make sure your firmware is up to date? You can head here: https://www.meta.com/help/quest/software_update/ to update your headset and make sure it is using the most up to date software. I talked for days long with the support and decided to give up.
I've done and tried everything, nothing solved the problem. The last solution they proposed was for me to buy a refurbished Quest for half the price. But my Quest IS working. I just can't download anything on it (and yes, the firmware is up to date). So I don't want to buy the same Quest and maybe have the same problem (they told me it might be too old).
But before the factory reset my games were launching, now I have no games on it and can't download them back. So here I am, with a Quest good for looking at the menu.
