I have a Rift-S connected to my Super-ish Computer and it runs like butter. My Mom (87 years old!) just bought a Quest 2, but her computer will not handle the Q2. Why not just setup the Q2 on my computer and let her play it in her own room? Will Oculus get confused on who is what? If it would work, what are the challenges to setting it up?

You can have multiple headsets set up on the same PC. I've got a CV1, Rift-S, Quest 1 and Quest 2 all on this PC.
You can pick which headset is active from the desktop app (only one can be active at a time).
When connected to a PC, the Quest uses the VR account the PC is logged in to (not the Quest's account). You can easily log in and out of accounts in the desktop app.
