Please someone help, so I just got quest pro controllers to replace my old quest 2 controllers and when they were fully charged I paired them. They both said they where paired and when I got on VR and the controller updates installed. So I restarted my Quest 2, then my left quest pro controller only showed up and in the app it said both of them where paired. So I unpaired my right quest pro controller and tried to pair it again and my phone kept trying to pair it for around 10 minutes, and the right controller never paired to the app. Its been doing this and keep in mind THESE ARE BRAND NEW AND CAME ON FRIDAY. I have even reached out to the support team and they have not fixed this issue and kept saying how to pair the controller and not how to fix this issue. So I came to here to see if anyone knows how to fix this issue. I've even tried factory resetting the Quest 2. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!! This Makes Me So Angry Because I Just Got These.

I have been withoput a right Quest Pro controller for a month. They claim to be ready to ship a new one to me, but after several empty promises messages from the support team.... still nothing; and they will not tell me how they are going to resolve. This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced in my life. I am exploring other VR headsets. Any ideas?
