Hi,
My right controller suddenly started acting weird. I was playing a game and controller disconnected and started vibrating intermittently. It keeps disconnected every other second and now it is not being tracked in the headset.
I tried all the remedy mentioned in the forum but nothing worked for me.
The following solutions were tried:
1) Remove batteries overnight
2) Unpair and pair controllers via app
3) Factory reset - Headset
4) Update the meta app
5) Use foil for the charging port of controller
Unfortunately nothing worked for me. I tried reaching out to the customer reps but no proper response for the situation. I badly need to continue playing my game and have excellent VR experience.
Can someone let me know what else to be done now ? @MetaQuestSupport @Metafailed @glitch
