My son recently purchased himself a Meta Quest 3S, and we just got him all set up. He's 12, and he has an account supervised by me. And, just now, I got an email as follows:
Subject: "*My Son's Name* can ask another parent to manage their Meta account"
Message:
"Hi *My Name*, *My Son's Name* can’t use their Meta account right now because of an issue with your account.
To allow *My Son's Name* to regain access to their account, they will be able to ask another parent or guardian by May 23 to take over managing their Meta account.
If *My Son's Name* doesn’t take action by May 23, their account will be permanently disabled and they’ll lose access to their apps and in-app purchases.
Thanks, The Meta account team"
Ok, so, what is this all about? I logged into my Meta account and there is nothing obvious there that indicates any kind of 'issue'. What might that issue be?
