My Supernatural subscription not showing after update

I created the new Horizons login and liked it to my old login.  When I am on my Quest I can see Supernatural but when I pull up the app on my phone it says I am not subscribed.  I am trying to cancel my subscription that renews tomorrow and cannot,  any ideas?

Hey @Choppinbroccolieh. Have you tried accessing your subscriptions through the headset or through a web browser? 

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

@Tonberry_Qing has a great idea as always. Have you tried cancelling the trial in there?

 

Do you remember how you signed up for the free trial? You cancel the subscription on the same way you signed up for the trial. We have provided the link to the Supernatural site for cancellation questions as a reference HERE. We are happy to help you with the cancellation.

I have tried the headset, browser, and app.  In the browser.  When I do access the membership page in the app it shows my monthly membership.  When I select the “Manage” button it takes me to a browser and says I do not have an active subscription.
