My account is gone. I need help

I was an avid quest user many years ago and purchased plenty of games. After a while I wanted to play some of them again so I grabbed my old Quest and tried to log in. I was met with the new system that uses a meta account rather than an oculus one. I don't believed I ever merged accounts but it claims I have. My game library is now lost. I still have old emails with receipts for the games I purchased so I know im using the right email. This is extremely frustrating as there is no meta/Facebook/oculus support for me to contact or call. What can I do?
