Hi Meta team and community,
My Facebook account was restricted without warning or a clear explanation over a week ago. I immediately submitted an appeal, but I have not received any updates or decisions since then.
I rely on this account heavily for both personal and professional purposes, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. I’ve checked my support inbox and followed all available instructions, but I cannot find a way to speak directly with a support representative.
Can someone from Meta please assist me or let me know what steps I can take next? I’ve done everything I can through the usual channels and truly need help getting this resolved.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device-specific issues, but unfortunately, we can’t help with anything related to Facebook account issues.
