You gotta go through the necessary steps you were instructed to do. You have to confirm your age and name with your drivers license and a face picture of yourself.

I have the same issue and sent a message a month ago with no reply.
I just sent another message. Unfortunately my case isn't as easy.. since my 13 year old doesn't have a driver's license, military ID, credit card, voting card, or any of the other ridiculous requirements for photo ID. I uploaded my DL hoping to get to type in an explanation but nope.. now it's just 'under review'. So, it'll probably get rejected because it's the wrong name.
I sure wish this were easier. I've opened up a big security risk sending my government photo ID to Meta.. just so my son can play some goofy games. Not to mention the money we've spent on apps and the equipment...

They won't even take my ID I have taken the pic of the ID 20 times but it keeps on getting rejected I have emailed support disabled@fb.com and some other places I was soending money with them also so suspended my account was done by a cumputer not a live person I don't understand how I can have a fb account for 11 years and know im suspended cause it shows I'm 13 and they don't want to help customer service is terrible I'm losing money and so is meta/facebook
They have so much money, I don't think they care about our few bucks. At this rate, they'll push themselves out of the VR business and someone else will pick it up. I'm going to Sony next... or maybe the HTC. I don't know yet.
