My account is wrongfully disabled

Hi

I received an email athat my account has been disabled until i verify the steps but when i click the provided link i am asked to log in and when i log in it just shows “your account has been disabled” 

and i am not able to provide any documents 

i lost my games

i lost my Facebook 

and my quest is pretty much trash at this moment since i have no way to use it and i am not able to contact anyone on meta

help please

i do not know what to do now

the quest was $350 when i bought it plus the games

now i feel i lost $ 500 and did nothing!!!

 I am clearly over 13

 i am 26!!
