My boundary is wanting to move during gameplay

Ok so my boundary is set but when I just turn slightly a bit then the entire boundary moves at the same angle at about 7 or 10 feet. Then my controllers are bugged and stay in the middle of the new boundary and don’t get recognized by the oculus until about 10 seconds later. I did almost all the fixes I could find and nothing worked, although restarting worked but only for a little bit then it went back to bugging. Also if I didn’t clarify the boundary would continuously do it while I’m in a game, it was also just change back to the original spot then go back to the bugged spot

You've mentioned that you have already tried some fixes however, could we ask you to try some general troubleshooting steps.

  1. Make sure the tracking is turned on - Check that Headset Tracking is enabled in the device settings.
  2. Clear your boundary history - This can be done in the settings panel. Select 'Clear Boundary history.' Once the history is cleared, this will allow you to redraw your boundaries.
  3. Reboot the headset - Turn the headset off for a few minutes and then turn it back on.
  4. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories as these can impact tracking or pairing.

 

If you are still having issues after completing these steps, a factory reset might need to be done, as a last resort.
