My brother who is 11 years old owns a Meta Quest 3 and he has been playing it as a 13 year old or older kid. But one day when he got a notification about entering his birthday he put his real birthday and now his account is suspended. The account was not under parental/guarding supervision. Is there any way to activate his account? I tried to activate it with using my bank account but it just showed blank pop up page and nothing was happening.
I created an account for myself and tried to put him under my account and become the guardian but it didn't allow me unless it is a new account for him. But he really wants his own account with his items and games. (By the way I am 23 years old). Someone please help. His account is about to deleted soon lol. Thank you very much.
