I am writing to inform you of a problem I am experiencing with my Meta Quest 2 headset. ghe charging port appears to be malfunctioning. It no longer charges the device, regardless of which cable or adapter I use. I have tried several different combinations, but the headset does not recognize any power source. This issue prevents me from using the headset, which is quite frustrating. I have been careful with the device and have not subjected it to any impacts or rough handling that might explain this damage.
I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this situation. I am unsure of the warranty status, as I received the headset as a gift, but I would like to explore options for repair or replacement. My headset was bought on Christmas day, 2023, is about 2-3 years old and runs poorly. It has stickdrift on both controllers and now this, and on this day i am writing this, it has fried at least 2 hours ago. Please help!!
