I record videos and play Vrchat for a living so this really is not helpful.
After not charging my oculus for 2 days after getting hurt while recording a video, I decided to plug in my oculus for an hour to get it going. I smelled smoke and before I knew it the charging port was melted on the inside. I am extremely upset because I got this November 6th of last year and already I have had an issue like this. As someone who spend their time and money in games for Meta, I expect some decency when it comes to their consoles.
I've tried contacting support with no response and I'm starting to feel really disappointed. What more can I do?
This is just sad man... It melted the middle piece flat.
