My children have made $300 worth of purchases and I can’t see what they are!

I just looked at my bank account and my kids have made $300 worth of oculus purchases. The help shows how to see them, but instructions given don’t match the website so I can’t see them!

I authorized $20 worth of Gorrilla Tag purchases so I have no idea how that turned into $300. I’m happy to yell at the kids, but I don’t know what they actually did, so I can’t.

It should be easy to see, but it’s not. This is ridiculous!

Hopefully this reply helps other people from predatory Meta.  You see, there is an option to set a pin for purchases, but then they have a quick pay setting that will automatically turn itself on that bypasses the need for a pin to make a purchase.  So when your child makes an in-app purchase, you think to yourself ha!  I have protected myself from this happening, but Meta manages to cheat you anyway.  and guess what?  they cant refund in-app purchases.  This place is sickening.  Just DONOT store payment information with these blatant thieves and liars.  Then they tell you crap like, "so sorry, send us a message." but there is no way to send a message even if you follow their link.  It will take you through loops of slow loading page after page without ever getting you to where they say you are going.  Scam artists to the extreme.  Thanks Mark Suckerburg!  Guy stole Facebook, you think he isnt going to try to steal from you too?
