My controller joy stick is not working for my meta quest 3s

One day I tried to play a game and noticed that it shows that my right controller joy stick is point away when I’m not touching it and not result movements, at first I didn’t think much until when I join I started spinning it kept happening i restarted but it still spins, I tried gray but the same thing happened plz help I cannot play most games cuz this

   1. Check the area is well lit, with enough light to see clearly, but no direct sunlight
   2. Check the area is free of small lights such as Christmas lights, or LED strips
   3. Check the area is free of reflective surfaces such as mirrors, glass, or polished marble
2. Make sure there are no obstructions between the tracking cameras and the controllers
   1. Make sure the tracking cameras are clean. If they need to be cleaned, follow the maintenance and care guidelines
   2. Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect tracking or controller detection. For example: controller and headset covers, controller attachments, etc.
3. Check the batteries (Not applicable for Meta Quest Pro)
   1. Remove the battery from the controller for 30 seconds
   2. Try replacing the battery with a new one
4. Unpair and pair the controller to the headset
5. Reset the controllers:

• Use the correct button combination to start the factory reset process.
  • Right: Hold the A button and tap the Home (Meta logo) button 5 times.
  • Left: Hold the X button and tap the Menu button 5 times.
• The LED will blink orange/white while the factory reset is being performed.
• The LED will then change to light blue during boot.
• Controllers can be used again as normal once the boot is complete.
