Hey there, @qkboss. Having your Meta Quest 2 controllers paired and updated is pretty important for any VR experience. We would be happy to provide some information to help you out.
First, we wanted to cover some of the basic troubleshooting steps that solve these kinds of issues most of the time:
Remove the battery from the controllers, leave them out for 5-10 minutes, then put new batteries back in
Ensure the headset has a strong internet connection
Restart the headset
Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect the controllers connection
Try a different Wi-Fi network entirely
