Hey there, @scott.fox.77964. We definitely understand how concerning it would be for both controllers to not want to work properly, that'd be quite a bit hit to your VR experience. We'd be glad to help out however we can! Try removing the batteries for 30 seconds to a minute, then replacing them with new batteries.
