Someone has added your card as the payment method on an Oculus or Facebook account, or used it to make a purchase from Oculus. The $1 charge is a verification by Oculus to see if the card is valid. If you did not do this, you should immediately contact your credit/debit card company to block charges from Oculus and Facebook, and open a support ticket with Oculus to see if you can find out what account has tried to use your card.

DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.

Try my game: Cyclops Island Demo

Will I get this money back?
