My device serial number is not accepted on the Meta support website

Hello,

I seem to be having a problem where my device serial number is not accepted by the Meta Oculus website.

I've checked the serial number directly on the device, confirmed I'm entering it correct using the QR code, and even copied it directly out of the "Meta Quest Link" application on a Windows PC. All result with the following error: "We couldn't find a device associated with the verification info provided. Please try again."

All forum posts about this issue end with people suggesting to PM the @MetaQuestSupport account, however this gives me an error stating "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."

Please help!
