I've downloaded the VR game VR parkour with legs and ever since I've downloaded it the extended battery wouldn't be detected. When I turn on my headset with it attached it does say how mush it is charged but the headset never shows that it's connected and I'm having trouble figuring it out.

The battery indicator on the top left quick menu only shows an external battery being connected if you have the meta Q3 Elite battery strap. Otherwise, with an external battery connected you'll probably see the headset battery icon with a charging icon.

I have yet to see a charge icon but I'm to see if I just need to update the software.

I have tried these solutions it's being detected but the charging icon is not appearing next to the battery.

@Caposun1 the Parkour meta-link app only has rift compatibility and currently seems to be discontinued.
So maybe this is what's causing your issue.
