My facebook account got hacked over a month ago and I have still not been able to recover it. An unknown instagram account linked itself to my facebook profile, this IG account then got flagged for suspicious activity, my facebook got disabled for being associated with it, and the only option I've had to start recovering it is to appeal the account disabling by logging into the fraudulent IG account. It does not let me appeal via email or anything. I have sent numerous emails to support addresses but no help and no answer. I have tried the "Recover hacked account" route on facebook support centre but whenever I put in an alternative email address it claims that every alternative email address is not a "valid email address" despite them all being valid and active. I have tried this on numerous days hoping it was just internet connection that day but no. Still no luck
