Hello, I recently bought a Meta Quest 3 and my friend also has one, so i told him to make a referral code, whenever he tries to go to the menu on the Meta Quest app, the referral code isn't there. I told him to try the referral website, but to no avail it still doesn't work. Do you know why this is happening? Thanks!
Hey there, @Jamelony! Referrals are one of the best parts of the Meta Quest new owner process. Getting those free game credits is quite important to try out new games and experiences, so we would love to look into this and provide any information we can!
Is your friend seeing any errors or messages when trying to visit the referrals page? (https://www.oculus.com/referrals) It is important that your friend has already activated his headset and paired it to his mobile app, as one must be a current user of a modern Meta Quest headset to send referrals. Likewise, they must also be in a supported country or else they would be unable to send referrals.
If your friend is still having trouble generating a referral link to this day, we would recommend you ask them to reach out to us directly so we can assist them as best we can! They can reach us from our Profile Page by selecting "send a message"
