So when I first got my headset I could get free trials on my quest 2 but now i can't even see any free trials, like my friends where able to get a free trial on "No more rainbows" but I can't.

We know how important it is for you to regain this feature, and we want to do everything we can to get this resolved for you so that we are able to do so. Can you confirm the following:
Are you not able to view any free trials?
Or are you unable to download free trials?
Once we get this information confirmed, we can work together to knock this issue out of the park!

Thanks for getting back to us! If you haven't already, try reinstalling your mobile app to see if that helps. If the issue persists, then we'd recommend a factory reset. Before doing this, ensure that your Cloud Backup settings are enabled so any apps with Cloud Save support don't lose data. We'll list the steps for a factory reset below for your convenience:
From the Headset:
Power off the headset.
Press and hold volume down & Power.
This will boot into the USB Update Mode menu.
Press volume button to move selection, press power button to make the selection.
Navigate to Factory Reset and press the Power button.
The device should now begin the Factory Reset process.

I have this issue too. So do many of your users. Free trials just do not show up on the app or the headset. I've even tried going via the website and they don't appear there either.
