Anybody else have this situation where you plug in your headset and it never fully charges no matter how many times you try with different power cords, etc. I am so frustrated and I appreciate their customer support but nothing seems to resolve my issue. Does anybody have any advice?

There have been various forum reports of charging issues since V74/V76 rolled out. I've also been experiencing the issue where my Quest 3 won't charge when in sleep mode and it no longer holds a charge with battery packs while in use. It'll just ignore the USB port most of the time. Sometimes I'd get the flashing orange light when reconnecting the charging cable, which has never happened before. The charging worked flawlessly in v72. And the only time it charges properly is when the device is turned off all the way. I really hope this gets brought to light soon and there's a fix for this on the way. It's clear that this is a software issue, not hardware. So, it should be prioritized and addressed asap.
