So basically i just got my headset in june, ive been using it a lot since i've gotten it, until last week whenever i turn on my headset, the screen goes grey, and i resolved it just putting it into sleep mode and turning it back on, which worked, until i got back on it after thanksgiving, when i turned it on to see the screen wouldnt turn on, i heard the opening little chime, and then nothing would show up on the screen, i've had one succesful attempt at getting it to turn on, and then it turned back off, i tried BLINDLY factory resetting it, from what ive seen of the boot menu, and it works, bit the screen still wont turn on, im willing to guess it probably has a hardware issue, but can somebody please tell me what other things it might be, i dont want to have to pay a fortune to get it fixed😓😓
Assuming the headset was bought new through a legitimate channel, it has a 12 month warranty so start the returns process by logging a support call.
