I had been banned 1st of February and i had appealed almost immediately because instagram had flagged an image i had sent in a private chat and banned me instantly. I had applied for a review of my ban 4 months ago almost and had heard nothing back from Meta or Instagram. Is there a solution for this? Or anyone i can contact?

To clarify, theres NO way to actually talk to anyone about the ban. The "Help Centre" is basically a bunch of "tips" on how to report but there is no option of a live chat or an EMAIL where you can correspond with them in any meaningful way that can give more insight into why and IF the review was accepted/denied.
