my instagram account that used to be linked to this email was hacked. The hacker changed the password, created a secondary verification, and changed the email to (osoriawisdorm@yanemail.com). This is the hacker's email.
I would like to either recover this account or have this account completely deleted. My hotmail was hacked, which led to every other account linked to it to be hacked and instagram was one of them.
The instagram help center is really not helpful and for some reason that website takes ages to load.
