My instagram account has been hacked

Hello,

My account has been hacked when I clicked on a link a dm sent me. They changed my username, password, email, and phone number. Can you please send a recovery link to my original email ***@gmail.com or allow me to access the selfie option to prove it’s me? I was able to get back in and set up two factor authentication with my phone number, but they still kicked me out, changing the email, phone number, and password again. Please help me I have used this instagram account everyday for 12 years.

The safe email address is ***@gmail.com

The current account name is luolaneldib

The current email address (which is the hacker address) is oidllaa@oletters.com

The current phone number (hacker number) is unknown.

PS: Seletcing ''secure my account here'' didn't help me. And additional information was also changed. I request a login link or security code from Instagram.
PPS: Why can't I send a single private message to MetaQuestSupport, it keeps saying "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later" when I haven't even sent one ever.
